This is a mini post just to reduce the alarm level from my last post! I believe that the issues I mentioned will only happen for me, not you dear users (or potential users), as the existing apps were not built for OS 27 and so will simply run as they did previously on the …

iPhone Duo compatibility
Well, there’s a good news and bad news sandwich for my apps on Apple’s latest iPhone! The first good news bread slice is that my latest app, Pressured, runs really nicely. It was written using Apple’s very latest SwiftUI language and it shows. There are a few visual changes I will make, but it works …
Updates at last!
Well, it’s been a while hasn’t it? iOS 26 was the catalyst I think – a new look to iOS, the first since iOS 7, made me think that an update to all three apps was needed. Mostly, this is just to make them all compatible with the latest OS and also to “clear the …
All apps now updated!
Well, I wasn’t expecting to update everything, but due to the new website, the links in Bargain and Identicode needed updating too. Also, I’m not able to change the links on the App Store without submitting updates, so here we are! 🙂
Bargain – Dark Mode
I’m going a bit update crazy! Version 2.7 of Bargain is now available with support for Dark Mode – no other changes. Sorry for skipping 2.6, that was a mistake on my part!

Finally, some updates on their way to Apple!
Apologies for the delay, but I’ve started a new day job and it’s five days a week! That means less time available for apps, but have no fear – I plan to keep my apps available for the latest devices for as long as seems feasible. Because I haven’t updated some apps for at least …

Bargain V2.3 now available
Apple have approved Bargain for sale. 🙂 This has been tested for iOS 10 and boasts a clearer indication of the bargain when you find it by colouring the whole background of the fields rather than just the text! It also disallows a comparison if a quantity is 0 – previously it would display a …
Bargain V2.2 now available
Apple have approved Bargain for sale. 🙂 This has been tested for iOS 9 and boasts a higher quality smiley for when you discover that bargain! It also ensures that after finding a bargain and you clear one field and press Compare that it resets the screen to a correct appearance. Enjoy finding those bargains.
