I know, I know, we’re all still on iOS 10 (even us developers), but it’s very likely that Apple will drop support for 32-bit apps in the next release of iOS. I’m happy to say that all my apps have been 64-bit ready since around 2014 so rest assured that all your Black Tablet apps […]
I’m putting the final touches to Identicode V1.4. Some of the enhancements are: Those of you who are still on 3.5″ devices will get the link to my web site that the other users have enjoyed! 🙂 It makes full use of the new larger screens on the latest iPhones – sorry this is so overdue. […]
I’m currently updating and enhancing Identicode and will be working through Dicewords and Pink Plaques too to ensure full compatibility with iOS 10. Watch this space for further updates.
Apple have approved Bargain for sale. 🙂 This has been tested for iOS 10 and boasts a clearer indication of the bargain when you find it by colouring the whole background of the fields rather than just the text! It also disallows a comparison if a quantity is 0 – previously it would display a […]

This happens only once so hopefully it will be a very minor inconvenience. The main change is that the Demo screen has […]
I saw this review today on the App Store: I like point and click games but this is painfully slow and not intuitively designed. The puzzle sections are not at all challenging and even that interesting. The graphics are pleasant but there is not that ‘wow’ factor. I really wish I could get a refund. […]
Who would have believed it!? Thunderbirds, one of my favourite TV programmes ever from my childhood (and I still love it today) is having another three episodes made – with puppets, the same voices, in the same building as the original series, and clearly with the same love and care. Wonderful – and I can’t […]
I have sent the latest update of DiceWords to Apple but it seems to be stuck in an odd limbo-land! I will wait a few more days and if nothing changes I will have to make another update, send it to Apple for another try. I’ll keep you posted here and on Twitter (@blacktabletapps).
Apple have now approved the latest version of these two apps for sale. 🙂 Identicode V1.3 now has a share button allowing you to use the standard iOS share sheet to send your coded or decoded message to fellow agents or otherwise process as you wish – perhaps filing them in your message list in the new iOS […]
